International Women's Day

It is crucial for all women to support each other and give each other the courage and strength to grow and develop themselves both personally and in their careers. I wouldn’t be in the position I am in today without the support of my network of strong independent successful women giving me the confidence and courage to take a risk and move to a new company and city.

All businesses should follow this theme all year around not just on International women’s day, colleagues should be rewarded and hired on merit, determination, experience, and work ethic not because of their gender, ethnicity or age.
